This privacy policy does not apply to any third-party sites. GATE is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such other websites, even if our name and logo appear on the screen. We will use reasonable efforts to fulfill the following regarding personal information:

  • Correction of the personal information that we hold;
  • Deletion of your personal information;

 We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly ask for or collect personal data from an individual under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit personal data through the website. If you have reason to believe that we may have accidentally received personal data from an individual under 13, please contact us immediately at info@gate.ngo.

Security measures in place to protect your information

GATE takes steps to protect your information from unauthorized access. We implemented an SSL certificate and enforced https traffic on our site. All data transmitted to and from our website are encrypted to provide additional security, and a firewall is implemented to ward off hackers. You can read more about the security measures taken by our third-party vendor, EveryAction, who provides us with our fundraising tools and CRM system.  

While we take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit via the website or other means against loss, theft, and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Internet, email, or mobile application transmission is never fully secure or error-free. Email or other messages sent through the website may not be secure. You should use caution when submitting information through email or the website and carefully decide which information you provide us.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy anytime. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Privacy Policy on this page.
